What You’ll Learn
This one-on-one mentoring program teaches you a repeatable system for creating, structuring, organizing, and presenting original music for sync opportunities.
We’ll work together live with our DAWs open, creating music from scratch while I walk you through the same type of structure, organization, and workflow I use when preparing music for television.
You’ll learn how to create with sync in mind, understand music briefs and reference tracks, structure editor-friendly music, build a reusable production template, prepare professional metadata and deliverables, and develop an organized catalog ready to present for opportunities.
The system will be demonstrated primarily through hip-hop production, but the principles can be applied to other genres you choose to create.
HOW THE MENTORING WORKS
This isn’t a pre-recorded course where you’re left to figure everything out on your own.
We work together one-on-one with our DAWs open, building music from scratch and applying the system in real time.
You’ll see the process, apply it to your own music, receive direct feedback, and learn how to repeat the workflow independently.
READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?
Your first step is to apply for the mentoring program. I’ll review your current music, experience, and goals to determine whether the program is the right fit for you.
There is no payment required to apply.
BEFORE YOU ENROLL
This mentoring program begins with a client evaluation to make sure the program is the right fit for you and that you’re ready for this level of training.
Before enrollment, I’ll review 2–3 examples of your current music and learn more about your production experience, DAW skills, sync knowledge, and goals.
The purpose is simple: I want to make sure I can actually help you before we work together.
WHAT I’LL EVALUATE
• Your current production ability
• Your ability to operate your DAW
• Your strengths and areas that need development
• Your current understanding of sync
• Your goals for the program
• Your readiness to create original music from scratch and follow the program’s standards
AFTER THE EVALUATION
